Suggestion Planned Logistics Merchants on Islands

Hey,

is there any chance to activate the Logistics Merchants on Islands in near future?
This would help a lot to do more crafting :)

any news on that? maybe with placing it in Arteicia or some solution like that?

There is a bug preventing the merchant from spawning, and because of how they've done the actual script to spawn it, it's difficult to see where the actual problem lies.

would it be possible then to place them permanent in Arteicia, without need of spawning?

Posting an update to this, as I had discussed a possible solution in game a few weeks ago.

Rather than fixing the Logistics Merchant, which is still a nightmare to even understand due to how they've designed it, I am going to look at incorporating the Logistic Merchant functionality into the Travelling Merchant, or adding to it.

There is no ETA for it, as there are a lot of other things currently planned, but I will try to get to this at some point in the near future after the source has released, and we have gotten through some of the other things that are being planned or worked on.

I am looking into this again, though I've decided against doing the travelling merchant route due to how complicated dialogue data can get in DP.

I'm waiting on some feedback so I can decide on the final changes I will be making, but if things go as intended I should have a solution in a few weeks.
