    i think you just click to activate, and JB will show up for 5 min...then you get your buffs, buy whatever you want from the merch shop...then he disappears. I'm not sure what the cool down is till next use...maybe 1 hour.

    the marketplace used to have gachas for sale (when the server was new)....i would now buy the paragon and skyhammer dragon gachas for a chance to get the ones i need. The only dragons i'm currently buying (occasionally) are duplicates of ones i already have...but to get the titles for them...

    Depending on which city you are in...you can look around for an elevator type platform that goes up and down, that will be either next to a wall or just by itself. good luck!
