depends what builds u ask skills or their stats ?

full charisma, charisma overstats, and chicken or fabled ancient. that should be the recipe for it. however it wont work to solo everything there are some bosses which can not be done like that.

but dragons are weak :D their best job is to support you, so you will deal more dmg not opposite :D

skytouch dragon to increase your dmg and fabled for 30% debuff, u can also try windrider for another debuff :)

Yo, In my opinion you should remove three skills from your current build: Paralyzing Current, Dragon Spell Summon and Dragon Scythe.
