The first skill added will be the one used, the second skill still be ignored. Generally people go with the fastest speed first. Market skills can't be extracted, not can special skills.

Speed skills that have overlapping speed types do not stack. The Adept Dragon Trainer skill will be faster than any other skill, so you really only need that.
