His body is covered in vivid pink scales
anything that's near him seems very pale

Not very often is he seen in the wild
he's usually seen in the dreams of an Osiran child
But if you can own him, beat the drum
cause the title he gives you is Bubblegum

So shout out loud and lets all sing
for today is the day of the Candy King.

Lady fortune smiled down upon them

They saw a new star in the sky at their hour of desperation
And knew it would lead them to the right destination

On the streets of Arteicia is where their hope would be
Right next to the banker NPC

As they saw it through a tear filled eye
Their lives quickly flashed them by

It was Faleah shining like an angel from above
As pure and as graceful as a pure white dove

And standing out in this visage of perfection
Was a certain something in her lower section

It was a bush so mighty and so pure
They knew all their pains it would cure

And on that day the world changed for the better
Especially for those who were lucky enough to have met her

And in the distance was none other than Candy King
Whom now has the best reason to keep living

The Candy King majestic.
Gone another year.

Dragons there be many-fold and plenty.
Never the environs do seem empty.
Swift feet, wet fins and bodies taking wing.
None more majestic than the Candy King.

As the eagle amongst the birds, he's master
of all Dragons. Flying fast and yet faster
he soars into the sky.
One may but wonder: Why,
on his back, there rides a dragonspell caster?

Now behold the mighty dragon swooping down,
to attack a Blinktale standing on the ground.
That fight seems hardly fair,
when, suddenly, up there
behind the King, with never a sound,

A Wandering Lotus Dragon does appear!
and the onlooker, who is standing quite near,
is 'most tempted to shout:
"Oh mighty King, watch out!
There is grave danger approaching from your rear."

And yet, as this scene continues to unfold,
there comes another dragon and behold:
It is good Lady Vox!
Spitting flames, melting rocks,
she sends the Lotus fleeing across the wold.

Now the Blinktail has to face the King alone, once more.
The fight is over soon, since the odds are as before.
The losing riders pay the winners their dues in gold
for these are always but friendly jousts, I have been told.

'cause never have I seen with my own eyes
a single dragon soaring through the skies.
For in the world that you and I live in
there be no marvel like the Candy King!
