Weekly Maintenance 7/10/2019

We will be having our weekly routine maintenance at 10 PM PST Wednesday evening. During the maintenance we will be doing the following:

• Enabling Ancient Shadow Festival
• Fixed name of custom title items so they can be properly delivered (sorry for the delay).
• Added newly created James Brown Flute (may not be added to marketplace immediately).
• Added newly created Lair Manager Flute (may not be added to marketplace immediately).
• Added newly created Shard Combiner Flute (may not be added to marketplace immediately).
• Changed Territory War: Baerton Islands will all go to war at 5 pm PST, while non Baerton Islands will go to war at 3 am PST. These may be adjusted or changed slightly depending on the feedback we get.
• We are working on getting B19 set up for 24/7 PvP.

After investigating for a while, I've made a few changes to the marketplace so that the only timed items that are sold are ones that are Sealed (Seal Breaking Powder isn't required).

This is due to the fact that Runewaker does not store states of items, and instead the Sealed version of the item just replaces itself with the timed version. Due to this we've also had to delay the release of our Lair Manager, Shard Attunement and James Brown Flutes, so that players do not unnecessarily waste time on their purchased flutes. The sealed version of the Flutes will go on sale next Maintenance.
