If you are having issues with connectivity or latency issues, please submit a ticket here and include a trace route or WinMTR.

To run a trace route, type cmd in your Windows search, and then type tracert dp.server.adeptgamer.com

To use WinMTR download and run with dp.server.adeptgamer.com as the host address.
