Announcement DNS Outage

The downtime last night and today was caused by an issue with the DNS server, so we have switched to an external service.

We've resolved the other issue which was taking the whole server offline, which was a slow failing raid controller which was not reporting issues until today.

We've changed out the hardware so there should be no issues now.
