    Points are shared between dungeons within a reason, so running the faster/simpler dungeon is recommended until you feel you've built up enough points (shown upon dungeon completion) to start attempts on dungeon you are wanting to spawn a Dragon in.

    Each Dungeon has a different Dragon (most use to be marketplace Dragons) and every Saturday at 3PM Pacific there is a GM event on B11, where Dragons or Adept Gacha (has majority of marketplace Dragons).

    Every character gets a starter pack that includes an item to level you to 60+, some starter gear and also a Fabled Ancient Dragon, so starting over usually doesn't cause much of a struggle unless you had super high end gear. The only official server that is currently running is in Taiwan...

    Custom titles are made to order, so once you have configured the purchase they will be added to the game and released with the next patch, usually ~2 weeks. You will get the title delivered to you in-game through mail.

    Bug Report Game crashes when entering Dungeons or going to mastery Test.

    There is currently nothing we can do to fix these issues because the exact cause is unknown, and is happening with different cards and drivers.

    There are no servers that have access to either NA or EU's old account data. Account linking on this server applies to accounts made prior to our current account manager, and allows people to link and manage them on the site. It really only matters if you were registered around 2016-early 2017.
