Just upgraded gpu, now I get flashing green lines in game

I was actually looking into this and was going to look at pushing a patch this coming Monday if everything continues to work correctly.
It did basically confirm my theory that the issue is specific to AMD (so far Ryzen 5/7/9) with integrated graphics and newer nVidia GPU. I do not know if the issue is specific to Vulkan (Which is what dxvk is for), or just the way Dragon's Prophet accesses hardware.
There is no need for a conf file, you can just drop the dxgi and d3d11 files into the DP folder, however I need to test if there are issues with other hardware before I release a patch. There is potential for memory buffering errors, as you're adding a translation layer on top of a game, but DP does not normally take up too much RAM unless you're running it for a long period of time.
