Yeah if you maxed out on eu you will not have any problems lvling on this server. Took me 2 days or so to lvl my first toon to 105 over the weekend.

They have a better normal provision buff already for that. I think it came on that purple butterfly looking windrider. It gives out 3 provisions every 15 seconds or something of that sort.

From what he said yesterday I think its just going to stay out. Said that its a bit overpowered and some players have thousands of laedis provisions sitting around, and would rather people use the 3% buff. However that might change in the future.
