Other than currently created ones, the only way to get larger plots is for them to be custom made. Sadly, due to the way that the housing system is done in DP, island availability and housing are limited, and it is not something that will be easily expandable.

We're not likely to do a calculator as it has very little purpose for Dragon's Prophet. For Diablo 3/Lost Ark or other modern games with a lot of variance in builds and gear it makes sense, but Dragon's Prophet lacks build variety (currently) and gear is basically cookie cutter for the most part.

Boat race event is enabled end of August-September, and was enabled for most of last year.
