I have an account on the website, I've added that account to Dragons Prophet, yet when I try to log in with those same credentials I get "Check your email address and password". I've tried using my username as well as the email address associated with my account. I can never log in to the game.

Also apparently there is a discord channel, I've seen it mentioned when looking for info on this issue in the forums, yet I don't notice a link or any mention of a Discord anywhere on the site or I would try to go there to ask for help as well.

I have a little problem there. On December 7th, 2020 I converted my credits (2500) into diamonds (750) but so far nothing has arrived in the game. Is there a problem there? It would be nice if someone could have a look, it can't be because of my browser - like the last time - everything works fine ^^ It would be a shame if they were lost but not "the end of the world" ^^ after all, it's just a gift for activity here in the forum - so not relevant to the game ^^

I bought an egg of sylvaran with my char TwinkFive. But I want this dragon in the account of my char Galbanfenris.

Because of a situation that happened last night the source update will be delayed while we remove the ability for guild members to take over a guild from the guild leader. This feature is mostly meant for when the guild leader is not active and not for if you have a person vendetta or just because you think it is a funny thing to do. Aside from the removal of this feature, we are also doing a few minor things to further secure the client.

Also due to Lang wanting to make this a public situation, I will have to remark on it, which is something I was not planning to do.

I was contacted at 9PM PST by SaintBeast, telling me that Lang took over Systematic and that he had booted all the members. Lang was banned temporarily to prevent any further escalation, and I contacted Vipera who is a friend of both of ours to tell him to message me about the situation.

He was given the choice of a permanent ban, or compromising and giving back the guild and creating a new one which I later then offered to level to 50, which would have been the most neutral choice to everyone involved. Rather than taking this offer he chose to spend the next 3 hours wasting my time and telling me to just ignore SaintBeast, which is something I do not do to any players even if I hate dealing with them on a personal level due to them either creating drama, or them asking a million questions that have already been answered.

He has raised the argument that he ‘broke no rules’, but not every action that gets you banned will have a specific rule. This is because players will get creative and try to skirt rules and try to bypass any punishment regardless of their intent. In this particular instance it was pretty obvious that this was done maliciously, and was meant to be a form of childish punishment towards SaintBeast, and regardless of whether he deserves it or not it was an abuse of an in-game system to create a situation that affected more than just a single person. He then ultimately decided to delete the guild, which cemented the decision to remain permanently banned.

In the situation that SaintBeast had been inactive, or I had been made aware of him scamming other players (with evidence documenting everything) the situation would have been handled differently. It is also different from the situation of Bloodygenesis and Loriail, where Loriail gave the guild to Bloody who decided against giving it back.

Similar situations will be treated the same way in the future at least until the source update; if the person who takes the guild decides to not give the guild back, and it was done for a malicious purpose then they will be banned.

In the case of Lang, he has been permanently banned from the game, the site and the Discord, and I have also blocked him as I do not have time to waste on children. He has had any purchases he has made refunded for the last 30 days, as is the policy of the network when we ban someone.

When you are using frost bolt with the nat god it sometimes won't left you cast the combo of it regain additional soul, especially if your fps is a bit lower. Not really too important to fix since you can still use wings and prairy, but its there, so i figured i would put it up

i was really shocked today as there were no rewards for the past month of the dragon tournament - since i was putting a lot of time, effort and more than 100.000 of dragon insignias for the past 5 months to get the title and crown - and now that i finally reached it there is nothing???
since i need to stay up till 1 a.m. for every single tournament it would really be annoying if all this effort would have been useless...

i really hope there is some way to fix that

I noticed that the islands have very large areas with houses that are occupied by rocks and even local ruins. It was originally such large plots for sale or is there some way to expand the land. Thanks.

Hello Seiichi, I'm here to know if it would be possible to do something to improve the game's pvp, I have an idea but I don't know how it would be possible to do it, it would be possible to do something similar to CoP but related to pvp, some Battleground ranking or some event of dominating a specific island and placing unique prizes, maybe this is impossible but it is an idea that could work.

We are going to be testing feature parity and some of the performance increases on the source update, and need players who are willing to actively test.

I am only selecting people who are likely to do thorough testing, and also am only going to select people who are able to mostly solo content as we are not going to be selecting a lot of players.

Because we have had requests, and because I want to have the channels ready before the chaos that is Chinese New Year comes about, I decided to add 3 additional channels for every primary zone.

...This may also hopefully prevent Backalley from capturing every wild dragon, but we'll see.

We will be having our weekly routine maintenance at 7 PM PST Monday evening. During the maintenance we will be doing the following:

• Migration to new server hardware. You must run the launcher so that you are using the new configuration. I will be updating the DNS so it points to the new server, but that can take up to 48-72 hours to update for slower ISP.

Maintenance generally lasts between 1-2 hours, though we will announce in the Discord if it will take longer. You can join our Discord by going here: Join the AdeptGamer Discord Server!

There was an issue with the database configuration, so I had to rollback the database by around 6 hours. If there were any posts made in that period of time, you will need to remake them.

The issue shouldn't happen again, so this is probably a one time thing. I am also going to setup a more consistent backup for the database just in case.

To enter this event you can digitally color the either White Stallion or Frightmare (we will include a full canvas, or a PSD). There are no maximum number of entries for people to submit, but you can only win one reward.

We will be accepting submissions until December 1st, and afterwards we will choose the winners from all the submissions. Due to how long it takes to create the textures it may be a few months until they're ready for release in the game. We also may bring more than the three winning concepts in game.

When submitting your colored concept keep the following points in mind:

• Try to be clean as possible with your coloring
• Be careful with the colors you use (do not do very subtle changes in shade or hues)
• Do not go over the top on patterns, or get overly complicated with them
• Do not make additions to the model itself as we currently cannot do customization of the model (no additional horns, spikes or anything else of the sort)
• Original concepts that are different from existing Mythical, or different from existing Dragons are more likely to stand out
• Please try to include a color swatch of colors used so we can sample when doing the texture

We will be removing the option to pay with Xsolla after this weekend. This has been a discussion between myself and @Stealth who deals with the company side of things since we re-enabled them. There are a few reasons why we are removing the option:

1. They are extremely slow to pay out. While it is not as bad as we have experienced in the past where we waited months for a payout, it will sometimes takes weeks to months to get after our payout request to be completed. This is on top of the wait time for their minimal payout, so if it takes 3 months to meet that amount and it takes 2-3 more months after we can go 6 months without all the available funds needed to run the servers, or to pay staff for their work.
2. We lose about 30% of all income by using them due to the percentage they take, and the percentage of the payment processor (depending on which one). This wouldn't be an issue if they provided a service we actually needed (like chargeback protection), but we have do not deal with those often, and due to how things are handled for purchases we rarely lose those anyways.
3. They require a lot of paperwork that other providers do not require. Signing paperwork to get funds released potentially every month gets tiresome, especially when there is a lot going on or if @Stealth is travelling for his own business.

We are looking at a few alternatives, and will try to replace it soon. Paypal is honestly the best way to purchase due to how quick they are to process and due to cheaper fees.
