It depends on, what you interpret as "reasonable"...
For instance, taking Napolite Powder as example, some say 800'000 Gold is an acceptable price to buy it, others say 500'000..
The maximum price, I would buy a stack Powder for, would be 750k, but as I said, it depends on how high the urgency for you to have it is and how much money you can spend on
