Dragon Preview Introducing: Yan Yu, the Cosmic Emperor

Due to Dragon's Prophet not ever being consistent with how things are implemented, we have had to remove the emissive layer to retain the custom effect (also emissive was not working anyways).

There has been slight editing to brighten up the area the emissive layer highlighted.

Dragon was able to figure out how to get the fx and emissive working, so the initial posts will be available once we finish testing.
