This isn't possible, or really going to be considered.
The main reason is that Dragon's Prophet is built on a mostly custom engine, that utilizes a lot of middleware that has now been abandoned. It would actually be quite difficult to add VR, and it would require rebuilding the game from the ground up for any meaningful implementation.
Secondly, due to the issues with the UI and performance in general, any VR implementation would cause most people severe simulation sickness. Even if you're not prone to simulation sickness or motion sickness, inconsistent sub-30 FPS would make most people sick.
It's also something that wouldn't add much to the base game, and would just take away the limited manpower we have from working on the core priorities we currently have which is performance, optimization and then bug fixing and content.
