Confirmed with someone else on Discord, it's a localized client issue and you need to clear your cache and dragoon folder and it will fix the issue.

Applied a possible fix, but reports I am getting is that some players have no log while others have no issue.

If you still have no logs, try clearing dragoon and cache folders, and see if it works then. If not I am unsure what is causing the issue, and will need to try to see if there is some thing else causing it.

Is there a timeline for when it stopped working? If it has persisted between maintenances, I am going to have to do some searching to see why it is not working.
