As far as I know, Amaguq is marketplace-only, so it can't be found for free in the game. It would be sold at least twice per year—during the winter sale and then during the anniversary sale (which has already passed for this year, unfortunately). Hopefully, you'll be able to get it in the next few months!

It's guaranteed 3 times a year now, Anniversary Sale (~Feb 14th-18th), Summer Sale (Mid-Late June/Early-Mid July as it's not set as it's only been the last few years), and the Black Friday sale. I also sometimes will activate for Christmas.
