There may be some spotty connection for the next few hours as the data center will be having some network maintenance done.

Downtime should be happening within the next few hours, and the estimated downtime will only be ~10 minutes.

There may be a better connection for some EU players as we the reason for the restart was the addition of a 10Gbit line from GTT, which is the main backbone used for Europe (it is also the one we had issues with in Dallas, but this bypasses that route).
