Sha Ting is the final of the four new Chiense Dragons that are being added to Dragon's Prophet. This dragon was a byproduct of @Aiden experimenting and we ended up really liking the direction it was going, and decided to refine it and add it to the game. Sha Ting originally was going to be a ocean/sea concept, but @Compeador pointed out that a thunder/lightning/storm concept would fit it better.

Players who have Sha Ting will get the title "Eye of the Storm". This Dragon will also come with the Adept Dragon Tamer skill.

Luo Yi is the third of the four new Chinese Dragons that are coming to Dragon's Prophet. This is another original concept by @Vipera for the skateboard merchandise and was designed with being the opposite of Yan Yu, the Cosmic Emperor. Where Yan Yu represents deep space and the night sky, Luo Yi represents the transitions between sunrise and sunset.

Players who have Luo Yi will get the title "The Legend of the Twilight". This Dragon will also come with the Adept Dragon Tamer skill.

Ao Pu is the second of the four new Chinese Dragons that are coming to Dragon's Prophet. This is an original concept of @Aiden that was done to be opposite of Chi Fu and was meant to have a theme of holiness, light and purity. This also served as a test for playing around with making opalescent textures that play well with Dragon's Prophet graphics. The colors used for the emissive layer are all borrowed from @Annimora and her Crystalline Chaos submission Opal Wind.

Players who have Ao Pu will get the title "The Holy Judge". This Dragon will also come with the Adept Dragon Tamer skill.

Chi Fu is the first of the four new Chinese Dragons that are coming to Dragon's Prophet. The original concept was done by @Vipera for the skateboard merchandise and then textured by @Aiden. This dragon uses the same base as Yan Yu and Zuo Ran and is meant to take the place of the black and red Chinese Dragon from Russia that we have still been unable to find. Thematically it is a Dragon that is in opposition to Ao Pu, the Karmic Judge and is meant to represent evil and negativity.

We also just wanted to make a complete edgelord Dragon.

Players who have Chi Fu will get the title "Lord of Chaos and Entropy". This Dragon will also come with the Adept Dragon Tamer skill.

I cannot enter the war zone, i can enter the island but the war officer doesnt let me attend war saying ''Max number of allience isles'' but my guild and allience has no islands right now (from what i know) if i try to enter already captured islands i just cant and if i try non captured islands the war officer doesnt appear, i just spawn under the ground

what can i do to enter a war zone?

This isn't a question about advice, I'm genuinely curious to hear how other players spend their spare time in the game!

I am looking for recent up to date guardian builds pve and pvp builds also dragons and the skills to boot.

Happy new years, and here is to hoping that 2022 isn't as plagued with delays and problems as 2021 was.

After a brief break for the Holidays, Dragon and I will be tackling the current issues preventing the source update, and hopefully will be opening up the beta to all players so we have a range of feedback for the new client performance, and more people to test for any major issues. Sadly, until any discrepancies with the current server and the source server are fixed, we will not be pushing forward with the update as it could potentially break characters or some equipment.

We will be looking at releasing a lot of the announced and some unannounced Dragons soon, most of which will be free. Some of these are planned for release when we start adding in the new spawn system, and some are going to be implemented as rewards. We are also planning to look at completely re-doing the fat model for Fabled ancients as it is currently just not working with the upgraded textures.

There are also a lot of changes that are currently planned for the forum, mainly having to do with functionality. I am still working on finalizing a lot of the new features and adjustments, but will hopefully have them done soon so that they can be made public. Some of what is planned will allow us to expand the credits that members can earn, as well as possibly adding a new forum-specific currency. I will also be working to get the new gifs prepared for the showcase add-on, so that people with permission can start filling in data so it is specific to Adept, rather than NA/EU like the current wiki is.

We will be working on some more merchandise soon (for those that are interested), and I am looking at an alternative from Threadless which provides an API so we can integrate it into the site, and automatically reward the Platinum that people get for each $25 spent. The option that I am looking at is also slightly cheaper, but does not offer everything that Threadless does (no skateboards).

I will also be making an announcement in the future about recruiting artists to work with us and earn money doing avatars, news backgrounds and other images that we have been using.

There may be some potential downtime due to network maintenance by one of the upstream providers for the data center tonight between 10 PM to 4 AM Pacific. This may not effect us, but I figured I would give people a heads up anyways.

Due to severe weather (including several tornado warnings) there was a power failure in the data center, as well as several outages leading to and from the data center that prevented the server from going back online.

Because of this it was recommended to keep the server offline until power was completely back in place (and not on generators or backup systems).

Dragon's Prophet is currently having to be turned back online, and will be up in a hour or two as it goes through the startup process (likely around 12-1PM Pacific Time).
