[subheading]Guide[/subheading]

Fafnir may be done once per real life day. If you have already done it before, only steps 2-4 are relevant to you.

[textheading]Step 1[/textheading]
To start the quest line for Fafnir head to the town Serpent's Watch at the beginning of Wintertide. Next to the train tracks an NPC called Wayfarer Officer will give you the first quest, Fafnir the Venomous.



[textheading]Step 2[/textheading]
After taking the quest from the Wayfarer Officer, head to the next town Messner. On the top floor of the Inn across from the Dragon Lair, will be an NPC called Reginald. Speak to him to complete your quest and then take the two quests he offers, Fafnir's Treasure Chest, and Gatekeeper.



[textheading]Step 3[/textheading]
After taking the two quests Reginald offers, head over to the first dungeon in Wintertide, Yodrak's Thunder. The dungeon must be ran on Adventure Mode (Hard). The boss of the dungeon will drop Breath of Handras and the Aleweyn's Keystone required to enter the Fafnir event realm. Additionally, inside the dungeon Yodrak Shaman and Blood Rage Chosen Guard also have the chance to drop Breath of Handras.



[textheading]Step 4[/textheading]
Once getting your Breath of Handras and the Aleweyn's Keystone, head over to Frost Dragon's Breath between Messner and Serpent's Watch to enter the event. Before entering, drink the Breath of Handras to prevent the poison inside from killing you. After killing Fafnir loot the treasure chest at the back of the map to receive a random item from the reward list above.



[textheading]Step 5[/textheading]
When you exit the instance, Reginold will appear and charge at you. Defeat him to obtain Reginald's Diary which will give you the option to take the final quest Reginald's Diary upon reading it. Complete the quest at the Wayfarer Officer in Serpent's Watch to finish the event.

[subheading]Guide[/subheading]
Next to the Path of the Elders in Arteicia, the first quest Go to Aurora's Gift may be obtained by speaking to the Silver Dragon Festival Acolyte next to the giant Christmas Tree.



Take the quest and speak to the tree and select "Make a wish and go to Aurora's Gift" to transport to the Christmas zone.



When entering the Christmas zone you will load in next to another Silver Dragon Festival Acolyte that you may speak to and complete the quest.



Now that you're here there are a total of 8 more quests and 5 achievements to do.

[textheading]Reindeer Games[/textheading]
This achievement requires you to capture Randolph and rewards 3 Dragon Training Whips at completion.



Randolph runs along the horseshoe of the map and requires players to throw snowballs at it which may be harvested off the ground to lower the counter on the buff it has. The buff will start at 180 and each throw takes 3 off it. Additionally snow bombs may be placed and with precise timing knock off a great deal from it's counter and drastically slow it down for a short period of time.

The player that lowers the counter to 0 will get the right to capture it. Randolph will scale 5 levels higher than the player who has the capture right. If they fail, Randolph will respawn back at 180 hits somewhere randomly on the path. It appears to have a respawn timer of 4 hours once captured.

This Achievement requires you to complete all 9 quests. The completion reward is a Silver Dragon Coin Purse for 30 and 50 coins.

This achievement requires you to complete the public event "Epic Snowball Fight" and achieve the highest rank, S. It rewards a Silver Dragon Coin Purse for 50 coins and the title "Present Guardian" on completion.

To complete this achievement you must complete the other 4 achievements. It rewards 30 Dragon Insignias, 100 Kindred Insignias, 2 Daily Quest Reset Tickets, and the title "Karuna's Blessing" on completion.

Ok, so I mentioned adding the purple zone armours to the diamond market or shell market like over on EU. The reason for this being, its not always easy to get 3+ people to run the dungeons to get all the materials required for these sets. I was then asked to make a forum post to see what other people thought of the idea before this happens.
The sets in general aren't great in terms of what they do unless you're at those levels seeing as the levels are 60, 70, 80, 90 and 94. they're mostly just used as cosmetic pieces.

As noted in the previous store update thread, we will be releasing a new update to the website on Monday. This new update will introduce a whole new store with new functionality, new ways to earn credits and the foundation for adding more products in the future.

New functionality:

• Ability to set your default account which will used as the default selection when redeeming a purchased Game Card.
• Ability to purchase multiple items before checking out (eg $10, $20 and a $5 all at once).
• Categories within each game store: this is something we will need later on when we start adding new products. Currently it will be a premium currency tab, and then a credits tab, and then we will be adding one for items and services later on.
• The ability to bank credits or platinum so you do not have the temptation to use them (some of you seriously have no self control).
• Lottery system: We're unsure if we'll use this, as it tends to be a slippery slope, but hey, it's there.
• Better item gifting.

We will also be changing the rates that it takes to purchase in-game currency back to 5000 / $5 come January. We lowered it originally to help people get started, and to boost activity on the forum. As the network has started growing and we prepare to add more games we will need to put it back to where it was before. I would suggestion using your credits before January.

While it sounds like it will take much longer (twice as long) some of the values for earning credits have been increased, and we will be adding new ways to earn credits.

We have a lot more planned for the site over the coming months, and as we get closer to adding more functionality and features I will post more updates regarding it.

Heya, I'm working on an all-around PVP guide. However, I only have knowledge on Ranger and Oracle personally, and that's where you guys are important! Please comment with your tips and tricks for the classes in PVP. I mostly need info on Guard and Mage, but additional ideas on Ranger and Oracle are welcome too. c:

Basically i have a ton of recipes and its just easier if people tell me what they want rather than me craft a bunch of stuff then try to sell it on the AH till its gone and then craft more stuff.

There isn't any need to panic, no Diamonds went missing and there were no actual issues.

Earlier today I updated our website to use SSL for all traffic as it provides more security, and is something that is beginning to become mandatory by Google and Paypal. You can read a brief break down of SSL here (Why HTTPS Matters  |  Web Fundamentals  |  Google Developers).

Onto the "issue"; Dragon's Prophet doesn't properly support SSL, or doesn't support redirected URL's going to SSL which was causing a miscommunication with the billing system. I've updated the SSL redirect to properly account ignore the areas it shouldn't be used, and the errors should go away.

We are very careful with backing up the Diamond database so there is very little chance of a complete loss of Diamonds.

Sorry for any concern or confusion that was caused, it should now be fixed and all Diamonds should be back working as intended.

Just to test if anyone will be interested I've decided to open my commissions here as well. For now only one type because of my limited time, more offers will come in time.

Hello, on my old deviantart Sta.sh i found some desings of dragons that I planned to do when EU announced Desing a Dragon contest. However when I find out that you have to be 18 years old to partcitipe, I simply stopped doing anything forward them, and just let them be, as I was 17 back then, so couldn't join anyway. Now when I refound them I decided to share, I'm pretty sure I had more, if I'm not wrong I desinged at least one for each family, maybe I will be able to dig them up. Descriptions are in Polish, but they don't say anything important to translate, there were just cluses i written for myself.

I wondering why all the time when i try upgrade my video card driver, inside the game become green.
To play normal (without green screen) i have to use a driver from january/2016, is there any way (idea) that i can do the upgrade and play with no green screen.

Hey all Torrice here and I've always wondered what skill do you need to use cooling impacts stun effect?
For those who don't know this is what the skill says:

Launches a water energy offensive, inflicting X magic damage.
When the target has Rising Heat effect, it will Stun them and cause
additional damage.

So yeah Its a fun skill in theory I'm just wondering what other skill do you need for the stun?

We will be having a Halloween inspired GM event for the next two week, painstakingly crafted by @Haterslayer. The events will be on the easier side (so he says) but will be a combination of our usual variety: Jumping, Maze and Fighting event.
