Suggestion Toughness on Dragon armor?

we start looking at raising the dragon level cap, higher level dragon armor and being able to overstat or shard Dragon armor

since i hope you can do this - especially overstat - i would suggest to add toughness as a possible attribute for dragon armor if that can be done.
since dragons die very fast in pvp i am pretty sure this would help a lot to make them more useful.

any chance for that?
