I did this mostly so I had it available for my own sanity, but it also allows you to break down the probability of dragon skills per dragon family.

Hello seichi, I got a dude MagicBaseID1 as read is a damage based magic? If its true not have physical damage?, I have been read and cannt find physdmg, for the answer thanks you so much

Take the first two digits then add a decimal.

So, 22500 = 22.5%.

Because of the way the system is designed you have to roll for the skill slot, the skill list, (potentially) another skill list, and then individual skills. So, the actual probability is very low in general.

Dragon's Prophet also uses heavily weighted RNG and is not actually as random as it should be, making probability inaccurate.

The spreadsheet is more to give you an idea of where to get skills, and how often you may potentially roll for a skill.
