why the h... i cant just buy Platinum, to buy diamonds... i just want to upgrade my ingame space for items and dragons? whats wrong here ???

Are you getting an error, or what exactly is the issue?

Are you have an issue with specific payment provider?

it says," oops we ran into some problems!" and then " Please choose a valid payment profile to continue with your purchase!" so whats the problem here, i couldnt even choose how i wnat to pay, i just click the pack i want , then this pops up

There is a dropdown beside the button you are clicking, where you can choose a payment method.

Paypal is the quickest, followed by Credit Card, while other EU-centric payment methods can take up to 14 days.
