Didn't receive my diamonds

I bought some diamonds today and I think I put them on the right account (since I only have a single account rn) but I didn't receive them in game. Please Help

You should have the replacement package; you just need to make sure you had logged out once from the Dragon's Prophet account before they're redeemed.
