Do passive skills increase active skills for a dragon?

As most of us know a dragon has 4 basic attacks, strike, sweep, pursue and impact. Now there are a couple of passive skills that increase these, however do these passive skill affect active strike, sweep and impact skills?
To be more specific,
Passives for
- Impact:
Fiery tank
Intimidating impact
Elemental impact
- Strike:
Ripping strike
Shattering strike
Mighty strike
Glacier strike
Current strike
Dragon spell strike
Elemental strike
- Sweep:
Power sweep
Elemental sweep
Forceful sweep
Monster Clash

Do they affect actives for
- Impact:
Mighty impact
Obilerating impact
- Strike:
Raging smash
Frenzied strike
Fiery hunting
- Sweep:
Crushing sweep

There's alot more than this but just wondering in case.

Sadly not. Most of those passives are only for the base dragon atks and do not stack with the other skills in the game with strike or sweep in them. If by any chance they do. It would be super rare since I have never seen it happen.
