Evolution skill :Dragon Spell Enchantment

With the evolution skill Dragon Spell Enchantment, it says "After the dragon has learned Strike and casts Primitive Dragon Spell,".
If I remember right, it is just badly worded and there is no "Strike" skill they have to learn is there? Is it just the dragon's default strike it is talking about? The only skill you have to have is Primitive Dragon spell right?

yes Strike is the normal attack which every dragon always have by default
