Bug Report Solved Missing Diamonds

Hello

Today i bought 1000 Platinum and with that 3000 Diamonds for Dragons Prophet.
After 10 Minutes there were no Diamonds ."

When I just logged in, there were still no diamonds,and I found that I trade it to the additional subaccount,
But I originally wanted to transfer it to my main account.I made a stupid mistake.
though. Could someone help me?
