This happens on different islands. For instance Baerton Snowdrift isle, B. Darkshround isle, B. Windroot isle, B. Stormreach isle.

The fix that I was testing in game a day or so ago may affect this, but we won't know until after we test.

Generally these issues are related to latency, or a loading issue.
