Dragon X Bonus Rate on Dragons

How big of a difference does the X Bonus Rate on dragons actually make for a max level dragon? EX: I just rejoined the game. Got all of those little rewards to signing up and all that. It gave me Soul Guide, who is a STR based dragon. He got a 6.00 attribute bonus and a 6.96 constitution bonus rate, as well as 10 skill slots. If I level him to 100 and build him as a damage dragon (focusing on strength, then ferocity and putting whatever is left over into CONS), how much of a damage difference would there be between him and another dragon built the same way but with a strength bonus rate instead of constitution?

It's been a very long time since I've played this game (haven't played since Sony or whoever it was ran things), and I've sadly forgotten most of what I knew about the game.. So, any tips, like what skills to use, stats to focus on ect, would be greatly appreciated!

Generally speaking, a perfect attribute bonus is only really neccessary for mount dragons. The rest can be sub optimal and it will not be a problem for almost all of the content. So in short, only important on skytouched and windrider (and razorspine/aqua for physical classes in some cases, mostly ranger) if you play them properly with double god > mount.

I gotcha. That should mean that it'll be okay for me to invest time into this fabled ancient. I know when I played this game way back in the day, I regretted building several of the dragons I did. Tells me to really only worry about perfection on certain types, like the ones you mentioned. I do appreciate the tips! Thank you, Kazunokun

In the future there is going to be an item for maxing out or randomizing new stats (to the new min and max values) and also changing the attribute.

These also do not reset the dragon, so skills, level and any other aspect of the dragon stays the same other than it's attributes.

We ran into issues with data compatibility, and had to work on that. We're currently finishing up overhauling the file system and new patch/launcher system, and then we will be moving to finalizing testing.

A lot of what we are currently having to do requires reverse engineering the existing client to force backwards compatibility, but also changing how the client is programmed to be more standard compliant and more future compatible.

Okay no problem. I am new in Adeptgamer Dragons Prophet, but i played Dragons Prophet and Savage hunt. Its good that you take the challenge to make that game great again. Keep it up.
