Bloodlust crypt was nice.

Island of Lost Souls. You can max out one dragon skill in almost an hour, mobs aren't hard to kill and you'll get materials for Laedis gear.

I also say that Island of souls and Bloodlust Crypt are good dragon exp farming spots.
