Just wondered and i'm not the first...why runewake and the fableds that had int specs were made str spec.

I might have missed the answer but since a few in game asked i wondered. Int runewake was better.

All int-based dragons are still int based; Galactic Storm is also int-based.

Weird cause mine are showing as strength. I can see Int is definitely higher so i'm guessing its just saying strength when it should say Int.

Intelligence based Fables are just Fables that scale similar to a Skytouched.

EDIT: Added screens with stats invested into intelligence.

I was mostly talking about the part where it says Strength instead of Intelligence but i suppose it doesn't matter. I only asked since i wasn't the only person to wonder why it said strength instead.

Just a note, Since the very beginning of Dragon's Prophet, even back in beta, RuneWake was always strength based. We were told that the designers wanted RuneWake's main attribute different then the other fabled's. This is the answer that Todd, head designer at Sony for Dragon's Prophet back then, had gotten as answer from them when we were all questioning it back then.

I think it's a typo, but going to correct it anyways. Runewake, Sylvaran, and Galactic Storm are all intelligence based, and that is due to them using Skytouched stat scaling in their data.

Ok, I just remember it was a big deal back in beta, and the only way to even have a Runewake was to be in beta back then. I talked many hours with Todd about many different issues back then, and this was the answer he said the Runewake gave him. They had no access to the code though, so he wouldn't have had any way of knowing of the Skytouched stat scaling in their data. Back then even for text corrections, he had to send to them, and have them correct, send back to him for proofreading and back and forth for further corrections.

And I think I had been totally remembering it backwards, brain fog maybe - sorry Seiichi! What I was remembering was that RuneWake was 'opposite" the regular fableds - which are Strength based and he was Int based. Which was their intention. I do remember it being a big deal back then though lol
