Due to multiple reports, as well as instances going back several years, I am going to have to enforce rules around camping wild spawns, especially with the use of alts.
I am not going to enforce specific rules around capturing dragons, as I still feel very much that first come first serve is the way that the game was meant to be played. I will however start considering reports of users or groups of users who choose to excessively spawn camp or park alts to attempt to capture all wild spawns at given times to be a form of harassment. I will also be taking into account the behavior of users when someone else is attempting to capture a Dragon if there are multiple reports of them attempting to interrupt or impede someone else.
Here is a short list of some (but not all) behaviors that will be considered actionable:
There will be no set punishment, however it will likely start with a week ban, and for repeat offenders I will just wash my hands of the situation and ban them permanently. If you have been warned for behavior in the past, it will be a permanent ban as you're obviously not worth the time.

- Toxic player interactions by either party (player capturing or bystander).
