Can you run with mulptiple accs at the same time ?

so we have a low player base, but i was wondering how the multi accs works.

can you run a dung with lets say 5different acc's or something similar ?

can you open more than one clients at the same time ?

Pretty much. You run your main account (or alt account, doesn't matter), open another client and log into whichever account it is you want to use. A lot of players use this method to max out eggs or give cares/for dungeon runs.

As long as your PC doesn't have a seizure you can do this, if you need loot only available to 3- 5 people or need to trigger ancients in fewer runs. Just bear in mind the dungeon is a bit tougher so your gear will need to compensate.
