im playing like 4 months and i did buy so much dias i dont lie for 600 dias ihave also 5600plat but morning was 5800
i did close client hours ago and yes my english not so well i didnt remember certanly but i was see in chat yellow words kinda like this word what you say

You have a Diamond package in your site inventory.

In the future just take a screenshot if you see the refund message, as this doesn't exactly show up in an easy format to follow. It only shows the purchase, and not the refund, so unless there is proof we do not always refund depending on the amount as we have had people try to lie for free Diamonds in the past.
