Bug Report Solved No Diamonds on my DP Char

Hello

Yesterday i bought 4000 Platinum and with that 12000 Diamonds for Dragons Prophet.
After 15 Minutes there were no Diamonds so I thought "Lets look tomorrow."

When I just logged in, there were still no diamonds, though. Could someone help me?

Read the tab that says "Purchase Platinum", you are likely missing the last step to redeem your diamonds in game.
