You can use nests in an apartment or housing plot to hatch multiple eggs.

I haven't gotten to this point in this server yet, but assuming it's the same/similar to EU's server, the item in question is called a "Green Reflection Dragon Egg Incubator."

It requires the following:
The recipe (unlimited uses; Furniture Merchant on Sky Island)
Carpentry Lv. 30
Beast Tears Grass Bundle 40x
Shellac Wood Strip 20x
Napolite Residue 100x

Will update this if it turns out these things differ in this server.

It's the same item; we haven't changed much of the core game, and are mostly looking at doing QoL improvements.
