Bug Report Mastery Quest Crash

When i try to do mastery quest and talk with npc in leadis everytime game crash.. I created 3 character to test but every single time i got same issue..really dont know what is the problem? Can anyone help me about that?

try on another computer, if you experience the same error on another computer, there may be a missing folder document in the game files, try downloading again

Make sure to update your client, as old data/string data can crash your client.

I downloaded from here yesterday. Today while i try to reach wynadia again game crashed. On the character selection menu i tried to enter game but every single time game crashed on the loading screen..
